THE STANISŁAW JOPEK INTERNATIONAL VOCAL COMPETITION

The 5th edition of the Stanisław Jopek International Vocal Competition will begin in autumn 2026.

Auditions for the first stage will be held in 39 locations across Poland (Stage I). At each location, participants will be assessed by four judges: two from Mazowsze Ensemble and two appointed by the Regional Partners or co-organisers of the local auditions. Participants audition with Songs from Mazowsze Ensemble’s repertoire, with their own accompaniment.

Overseas applicants can submit entries for the first stage of the competition electronically.

The third stage of the auditions and the competition’s Final Gala Concert will take place in Karolin from 4 to 9 October 2027. Finalists will be invited to Mazowsze Ensemble’s headquarters at the organiser’s expense. At this stage, participants will perform with musical accompaniment provided by Mazowsze Ensemble.

Substantial prizes are offered to the winners of each category and finalists will have the opportunity to perform onstage with Mazowsze Ensemble.
